Ginger Snaps GF/DF

I adapted this recipe from Elana’s Pantry Ginger Cookies.

2 1/2 c almond flour (honeyville blanched almond flour)

1/2 t salt

1 t baking soda

2 T ginger (powder)

1/2 c applesauce

1/4 c molasses

1/2 c date syrup (or honey)

Bake at 350.
