“Fast” Food

My quick go-to meal these days is this:

It reminds me of a mix of egg drop soup and Ramen Noodles.

I use 1/2 L  homemade chicken broth ( if its not in the fridge, I usually have a batch in the freezer)

I add half a bag of frozen peas and carrots and cook on stovetop.

Then I add cellophane bean noodles (made with mung beans) and cook for approximately three minutes.

Lastly I add two eggs, mixing with a fork after each egg.

Cook till eggs look done and then enjoy!

 

‘Orange’ juice

This is my newest favorite juice combo: apple, carrot, orange.

When I just want a little, I juice 1 apple, 2-4 carrots, and one orange.

When I want a LOT and want a sweet treat, I juice 2 apples, 5-6 carrots, and 2 oranges.

Regardless of how much you use of each ingredient, these 3 foods make a delicious combo!

This is the juicer I have and use daily (and love.)
